Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the tomatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until they are soft and slightly caramelized.
