Description

Slow Cooker Salisbury Meatballs are a delicious and easy dinner option, perfect for busy weeknights. These meatballs are cooked in a savory gravy and served over mashed potatoes or rice.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
  2. Place the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together beef broth, mushroom soup, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Serve the meatballs over mashed potatoes or rice, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
