- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
- Place the meatballs in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, mix together beef broth, mushroom soup, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve the meatballs over mashed potatoes or rice, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
