- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
- Optional toppings: Pickles, diced onions, burger sauce
Instructions
- Heat your skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Press a small handful of ground beef onto one half of each tortilla.
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook the beef side down for about 2–3 minutes until browned.
- Gently flip the tortilla, sprinkle cheese over the beef, and fold in half.
- Grill both sides until crispy and golden, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Slice and serve with your favorite toppings or dipping sauce.
Notes
