Description

A vibrant bowl of spicy Korean ramen topped with grilled beef and a creamy sauce, perfect for cozy nights or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 packets instant ramen noodles
  • 200g beef (sirloin or ribeye), sliced
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles: Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions (about 3-4 minutes), drain, and set aside.
  2. Prepare the marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Marinate the beef: Coat the sliced beef with the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Grill the beef: Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and grill the marinated beef strips until cooked through and charred (about 3-4 minutes).
  5. Create the creamy sauce: In a saucepan over low heat, warm the heavy cream and any remaining marinade until aromatic.
  6. Assemble your bowl: Place cooked ramen noodles in bowls, top with grilled beef, and drizzle with creamy sauce.
  7. Garnish: Finish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
