- 200g beef (sirloin or ribeye), sliced
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles: Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions (about 3-4 minutes), drain, and set aside.
- Prepare the marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Marinate the beef: Coat the sliced beef with the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Grill the beef: Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and grill the marinated beef strips until cooked through and charred (about 3-4 minutes).
