  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions (for garnish)

  2. In a bowl, mix together the pineapple chunks, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
