Description

Tilapia in Roasted Pepper Sauce is a delicious and healthy dish that combines tender tilapia fillets with a rich and flavorful roasted pepper sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roast the bell peppers in the oven for about 20 minutes until the skin is charred.
  3. Remove the peppers from the oven, let them cool, then peel off the skin and remove the seeds.
  4. In a blender, combine the roasted peppers, garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  5. In a skillet, heat the roasted pepper sauce over medium heat.
  6. Add the tilapia fillets to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
