Description

White Cheddar Baked Corn is a creamy and cheesy side dish that combines sweet corn with rich white cheddar cheese, making it a perfect accompaniment to any meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen corn
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn, white cheddar cheese, heavy cream, milk, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
