Description

Delicious chocolate-covered strawberries decorated with festive sprinkles, perfect for 4th of July celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup white candy melts or white chocolate melting wafers
  • 1/2 cup red, white, and blue nonpareil sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a small deep bowl in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
  3. Dip each strawberry by the stem into the melted chocolate, covering about two-thirds of the berry.
  4. Add the sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet, ensuring they cover at least one-third of the chocolate.
  5. Set the dipped strawberries on a lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up the chocolate.
  6. Enjoy the strawberries immediately for the best taste.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
