- Lavash bread

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the finely chopped onion and sauté until it turns translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the pan, breaking it apart with your spatula. Cook until browned.
- Stir in the paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Warm your lavash bread in another pan, or opt for a quick 30-second blast in the microwave.
- Place the beef mixture in the center of your lavash and layer on the fresh vegetables.
- Fold the lavash tightly around the filling and serve warm.
