Description

These loaded potatoes are stuffed with savory pulled pork, creamy ranch dressing, and topped with crispy bacon and melted cheddar, creating an indulgent comfort food experience.


Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 2 cups cooked pulled pork
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled crispy bacon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Bake the potatoes for about 45-60 minutes until tender.
  3. Mix the pulled pork with ranch dressing, half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the bacon.
  4. Cool the potatoes and cut each in half lengthwise, scooping out some insides.
  5. Stuff each potato with the pulled pork mixture and top with remaining cheese and bacon.
  6. Bake again for 10-15 minutes until fluffy and cheese is bubbly.
