Description

A straightforward yet impressive dish showcasing salmon fillets baked to perfection with a vibrant orange sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Orange slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Prepare the salmon in a baking dish and pour the orange sauce over the fillets.
  4. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
