- 1 large Wheat Flour Tortilla
- 1.5 tbsp Cream Cheese, softened
- 1.25 oz fresh blueberries
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Cooking spray or unsalted butter for skillet
Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese with honey (or maple syrup) and a pinch of ground cinnamon in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over one half of the tortilla, leaving a small border for sealing.
- Sprinkle the blueberries atop the cream cheese layer, then fold the tortilla over to enclose the filling.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat, lightly coated with cooking spray or unsalted butter.
- Place the quesadilla in the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, pressing gently with a spatula for a golden crust.
- Remove from heat, cool slightly, then slice into wedges and serve warm.
