Description

A delightful dessert featuring juicy peaches and tart blueberries topped with a crunchy, buttery crisp.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups Fresh Peaches, sliced
  • 2 cups Blueberries
  • 1 cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare fruits by slicing peaches and mixing with blueberries.
  3. Mix filling ingredients: add brown sugar, flour, lemon juice, and cinnamon to fruits and toss.
  4. Pour the fruit mixture into a baking dish.
  5. Create the crisp topping by combining oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon, then add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
  6. Distribute the topping evenly over the fruit filling.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
