- 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese (Cut into cubes)
- 6 slices Cooked Bacon (Crumble before use)
- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 cup Plain Flour
- 2 large Eggs (Beaten)
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs (Panko or Regular)
- 2 cups Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, crumbled bacon, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Shape the Bombs: Flatten a portion of the chicken mixture in your palm and place a cube of mozzarella in the center. Fold the mixture around the cheese and form into a ball.
- Coat the Bombs: First, coat each bomb in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally roll in breadcrumbs.
- Fry the Bombs: Heat the oil in a deep skillet over medium heat and fry the bombs for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve and Enjoy: Allow the bombs to cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauces.

For a healthier option, bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or use an air fryer for crispy results.
