Description

Crispy and gooey bombs filled with buffalo chicken, crispy bacon, and melty mozzarella, perfect for gatherings and game day.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese (Cut into cubes)
  • 6 slices Cooked Bacon (Crumble before use)
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Plain Flour
  • 2 large Eggs (Beaten)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (Panko or Regular)
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, crumbled bacon, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Shape the Bombs: Flatten a portion of the chicken mixture in your palm and place a cube of mozzarella in the center. Fold the mixture around the cheese and form into a ball.
  3. Coat the Bombs: First, coat each bomb in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally roll in breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry the Bombs: Heat the oil in a deep skillet over medium heat and fry the bombs for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Serve and Enjoy: Allow the bombs to cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

For a healthier option, bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or use an air fryer for crispy results.
