Description

Indulge in tender Cajun steak bites paired with creamy, cheesy garlic pasta for a comforting and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 8 ounces pasta shells
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with Cajun seasoning and let it rest.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. Sear the steak bites in olive oil until browned, then remove from skillet.
  4. Sauté the garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
  5. Make the sauce by adding heavy cream and cheese, stirring until melted.
  6. Combine the pasta and steak in the skillet, stirring to coat.
  7. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For a milder dish, adjust Cajun seasoning to taste. Serve with garlic bread or a fresh salad.
