- 4 cups cabbage, chopped

Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage and soy sauce, cooking until the cabbage is tender yet crisp, about 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
