Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Begin by peeling and cutting the sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
