Instructions

- Incorporate diced mango into the skillet gently.
- Add the seasoned fish fillets and spoon sauce over them.
- Simmer gently for 8-10 minutes until fish flakes easily.
- Adjust flavors with more salt or lime juice as needed.
- Serve over jasmine rice with fresh cilantro.
