- 5 cups broccoli florets
- 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup shredded cheddar
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup shredded cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Steam the broccoli until just tender, then drain it thoroughly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, chopped turkey bacon, minced garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing. Stir until well mixed.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the top with additional shredded cheddar and mozzarella.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly with a golden brown top.
- Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Make-ahead by assembling earlier in the day and refrigerating. To speed up cooking, consider using an air fryer.
