Description

A comforting casserole featuring tender chicken, broccoli, and crispy bacon enveloped in a rich, creamy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Steam the broccoli until just tender, then drain it thoroughly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, chopped turkey bacon, minced garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the top with additional shredded cheddar and mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly with a golden brown top.
  7. Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Make-ahead by assembling earlier in the day and refrigerating. To speed up cooking, consider using an air fryer.
