Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Prepare the olive oil mixture in a mixing bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cumin.
- Coat each side of the cauliflower steaks with the olive oil mixture.
- Arrange the steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
