- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 6 to 8 slices dill pickles
- 6 to 8 slices Swiss cheese (Jarlsberg or Emmental recommended)
- 6 ounces roast pork, thinly sliced
- 6 ounces ham, thinly sliced

Instructions
- Preheat your sandwich press or skillet to medium-high heat, about 375°F (190°C).

- Generously spread yellow mustard inside the bottom half of the bread.
- Layer the roast pork evenly over the mustard, followed by the ham slices.
- Adorn the ham with Swiss cheese.
- Top with pickle slices, 6 to 8, depending on your taste.
- Close the sandwich with the top half of the bread, ensuring the buttered side faces out.
- Place the sandwich in your heated press or skillet.
- Cook for about 4–5 minutes, checking halfway through to prevent burning.
- Once done, carefully remove the sandwich and let it rest for a minute.
- Slice diagonally and serve immediately while warm.
