Description

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and either pressed or grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Assemble the salad ingredients by arranging the sliced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, diced avocado, and fresh basil leaves in a large serving bowl.
  2. Prepare the dressing in a separate small bowl by whisking together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
