Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure a perfect bake.
- Combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl. Mix until well blended.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until incorporated.
- Mix the oats, flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.

- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space for expansion.

Notes
For chewier cookies, remove them from the oven slightly before the complete baking time. Make-ahead dough can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
