Tender and juicy pork ribs baked with a sweet and tangy honey BBQ sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Mix honey, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- Coat the ribs generously with the honey BBQ sauce mixture using a basting brush.
- Cover the ribs tightly with foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours.
- Remove the foil, increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C), and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes, basting occasionally.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
Prepare the sauce a day in advance and store in the refrigerator for better flavor blending.
