Description

Tender and juicy pork ribs baked with a sweet and tangy honey BBQ sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Mix honey, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil.
  4. Coat the ribs generously with the honey BBQ sauce mixture using a basting brush.
  5. Cover the ribs tightly with foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  6. Remove the foil, increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C), and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes, basting occasionally.
  7. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

Prepare the sauce a day in advance and store in the refrigerator for better flavor blending.
