- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup diced Ham
- 1/2 cup Hollandaise Sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the crescent dough package.
- Scramble the eggs in a mixing bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper, whisking until fluffy.
- Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into triangles.
- Add a small amount of ham and scrambled eggs to the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll each triangle towards the tip, placing rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake according to package instructions until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.
- Prepare the hollandaise sauce according to instructions.
- Drizzle the sauce over the baked rolls and sprinkle with chives.
