Description

Delicious and portable Eggs Benedict Breakfast Rolls featuring flaky crescent dough, savory ham, creamy scrambled eggs, and rich hollandaise sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tube Crescent Dough
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup diced Ham
  • 1/2 cup Hollandaise Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Chives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the crescent dough package.
  2. Scramble the eggs in a mixing bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper, whisking until fluffy.
  3. Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into triangles.
  4. Add a small amount of ham and scrambled eggs to the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll each triangle towards the tip, placing rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake according to package instructions until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.
  7. Prepare the hollandaise sauce according to instructions.
  8. Drizzle the sauce over the baked rolls and sprinkle with chives.
  9. Enjoy! Serve immediately.
