- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 pieces of cooked fried chicken (spiced)
- Maple syrup (optional)
- Butter for frying
Instructions
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, soaking briefly.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and melt a generous pat of butter.
- Fry the soaked bread slices until golden brown and crispy, about 3–4 minutes per side.
- Layer the crispy fried chicken between two slices of French toast.
- Drizzle with maple syrup if desired and serve warm.
