Description

A vibrant and flavorful tart made with ripe nectarines and blueberries, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made tart shell
  • 4 ripe nectarines, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the sliced nectarines, blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the fruit medley into the pre-made tart shell.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the fruit is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  5. Remove the tart from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack.
  6. Dust the top with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
