- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 head garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for garlic)
- 4 oz feta cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 large flatbreads or pita wraps
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the top off the garlic bulb, drizzle it with olive oil, then wrap it in foil. Roast for 30–35 minutes.
- Prepare the roasted garlic feta sauce by squeezing the roasted garlic into a food processor, then adding feta cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Cook the beef by heating olive oil in a skillet, adding ground beef, spices, salt, and pepper. Cook until fully browned.
- Warm the flatbreads according to package instructions.
- Assemble the wraps by spreading roasted garlic feta sauce on each wrap, then layering on beef, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- Roll the wraps tightly, tucking in the ends, and serve immediately.
Notes
You can make the roasted garlic feta sauce a day in advance. Adjust the spices to your taste preference.
