Description

A delightful dish featuring grilled nectarines paired with creamy burrata, drizzled with honey and garnished with fresh mint.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe nectarines
  • 4 ounces burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Cut the nectarines in half and remove the pits.
  3. Brush the cut sides with olive oil.
  4. Place the nectarines cut-side down on the grill.
  5. Grill for about 3-4 minutes until charred and softened.
  6. Remove the nectarines from the grill and let them cool slightly.
  7. Arrange the grilled nectarine halves on a serving plate.
  8. Tear the burrata cheese and distribute over the nectarines.
  9. Drizzle with honey and season with salt and pepper.
  10. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.

Notes

Grill nectarines a few hours in advance to allow more time with guests. If grilling isn’t available, use an indoor grill pan or roast in the oven at 400°F for 10-15 minutes.
