A delightful dish featuring grilled nectarines paired with creamy burrata, drizzled with honey and garnished with fresh mint.

- 2 ripe nectarines
- 4 ounces burrata cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Cut the nectarines in half and remove the pits.
- Brush the cut sides with olive oil.
- Place the nectarines cut-side down on the grill.
- Grill for about 3-4 minutes until charred and softened.
- Remove the nectarines from the grill and let them cool slightly.
- Arrange the grilled nectarine halves on a serving plate.
- Tear the burrata cheese and distribute over the nectarines.
- Drizzle with honey and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
Notes
Grill nectarines a few hours in advance to allow more time with guests. If grilling isn’t available, use an indoor grill pan or roast in the oven at 400°F for 10-15 minutes.
