- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar or coconut sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Vegetable oil, for brushing or spraying the grill
- 2 cups Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
- 2–4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup granola
- ½ cup blueberries

Instructions
- Preheat the Grill: Set your grill to medium-high heat.
- Prepare the Peaches: Halve and pit the peaches, cutting each half into three wedges.
- Mix the Sugars: Combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Coat the Peaches: Press the cut side of peach wedges into the sugar mixture.
- Grill the Peaches: Brush the grill pan with vegetable oil. Grill peaches cut side down for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- Layer the Yogurt: Divide yogurt equally into four cups.
- Add Fruits and Granola: Layer grilled peaches, fresh blueberries, and granola over the yogurt.
- Drizzle and Garnish: Top with honey or maple syrup, chocolate bark, and mint leaves.
