Description

A refreshing dessert combining creamy cheesecake with vibrant fruits like pineapple, strawberries, kiwi, and raspberries, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
