Description

A silky no-bake cheesecake that combines the charm of cookie crunch and luscious caramel, inspired by the beloved Twix candy bar.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream
  • 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce
  • Optional: Chocolate Drizzle
  • Optional: 2 tbsp Heavy Cream (for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: In a mixing bowl, blend the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Firmly press this mixture into the bottom of your springform pan, creating an even crust. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
  2. Mix the Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until creamy and smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing well. Pour in the heavy cream and vanilla extract, continuing to blend until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  3. Fold in Whipped Cream: Gently fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream; this keeps the filling airy.
  4. Layer the Cheesecake: Pour half of the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust, followed by a layer of caramel sauce. Pour the remaining filling on top, smoothing the surface with a spatula.
  5. Chill: Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight to allow it to set properly. The longer, the better!
  6. Serve & Enjoy: When ready, carefully remove the cheesecake from the springform pan. Drizzle with chocolate and additional caramel, slice and enjoy the dreamy layers that await!
