Description

Indulge in these delightful Loaded Brownie Cheesecake Cups, featuring rich layers of fudgy brownies and creamy cheesecake mousse, topped with chocolate ganache and caramel.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fudgy brownies, crumbled
  • 1½ cups cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • Chocolate ganache (melted chocolate + heavy cream)
  • Caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Extra brownie crumbs

Instructions

  1. Start with softened cream cheese for a luscious, smooth texture. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until silky-smooth and lump-free.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula.
  3. Choose moist, chewy brownies and crumble them into bite-sized chunks.
  4. Grab your dessert cups. For Layer 1, add a spoonful of crumbled brownies and lightly press them down.
  5. For Layer 2, use a piping bag or a spoon to layer the cheesecake mousse atop the brownies.
  6. Drizzle chocolate ganache and caramel sauce over the mousse.
  7. Repeat the brownie and cheesecake layers, finishing with another drizzle of both sauces.
  8. Sprinkle extra brownie crumbs for texture and finish with another drizzle of ganache and caramel.
  9. Add a dollop of whipped cream or mini brownie square for decoration.
  10. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

Make-ahead: These cups hold well in the fridge. Prepare them a day in advance for convenience.
