Description

A delightful appetizer featuring Lil’ Smokies wrapped in a tangy ranch and brown sugar sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lil’ Smokies (cocktail sausages)
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 68 pepperoncini peppers, sliced (plus 2 tablespoons juice)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Arrange Lil’ Smokies in a single layer in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Whisk together melted butter, ranch dressing mix, brown sugar, garlic powder, and pepperoncini juice in a mixing bowl.
  4. Pour the sauce over the sausages and scatter sliced pepperoncini on top.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until edges are bubbling.
