- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 6–8 pepperoncini peppers, sliced (plus 2 tablespoons juice)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange Lil’ Smokies in a single layer in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Whisk together melted butter, ranch dressing mix, brown sugar, garlic powder, and pepperoncini juice in a mixing bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the sausages and scatter sliced pepperoncini on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until edges are bubbling.
