- 3–4 medium Ripe Bananas
- 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Chopped Oreos
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Set aside.
- Combine the vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Beat together until well combined.
- Fold in the mashed bananas into the wet mixture until fully integrated.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped Oreos until evenly distributed.
- Pour your batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for about 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and extra vanilla for the glaze until smooth. Drizzle over the bread once cooled.
