- 8 oz feta cheese
- 10 spring roll wrappers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chili honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the feta cheese into stick-shaped pieces.
- Wrap each piece of feta in a spring roll wrapper.
- Place the wrapped feta on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush with olive oil using a pastry brush.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Drizzle with chili honey before serving.
