Description

A delightful dish featuring salmon seasoned with Cajun spices and topped with a creamy avocado lime sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • 2 Tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 Lime (juiced)
  • 1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the baking sheet with parchment paper, place the salmon fillets on it, and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Season the salmon generously with Cajun seasoning.
  4. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily.
  5. Make the avocado lime sauce by blending avocados, lime juice, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  6. Serve the salmon topped with the creamy avocado lime sauce.

Notes
