- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

- 2 cups potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp dried herbs (like parsley or thyme)
- Garlic powder to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, egg, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix until just combined.
- Form into meatballs the size of golf balls and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until they are golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- Boil salted water in a large saucepan, add potato chunks, and cook until fork-tender (15-20 minutes).
- Drain the potatoes, return them to the pot, and mash with milk, butter, herbs, garlic powder, and salt until creamy.
- Serve the baked meatballs over a generous scoop of garlic herb mashed potatoes.
