Instructions
- Combine the diced potatoes, sliced sausage, chopped onion, and minced garlic in your slow cooker.
- Pour in the chicken broth and add the Cajun seasoning. Stir gently to ensure everything is well-integrated.
- Cover and set to low for 360-420 minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
- Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
