- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
- Optional: Pickles, diced onions, burger sauce
Instructions
- Heat your skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Take a small handful of ground beef and press it onto one half of each tortilla.
- Season the beef generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook for about 2–3 minutes until browned.
- Flip the tortilla to sprinkle cheese on the cooked beef.
- Fold the tortilla in half and grill until crispy, about 2 minutes.
- Slice into wedges and serve with toppings.
Notes
Make-ahead by preparing the beef in advance. Avoid overcrowding the pan for the best crisp.
