Description

Indulge in soft and chewy cookies that combine the rich flavor of brown butter with creamy white chocolate and festive M&Ms.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plus 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup white granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp dried milk powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups Cupid’s Blend M&Ms
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Sea salt flakes (for garnishing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter over medium heat while stirring constantly until it turns golden brown and emits a nutty aroma.
  3. Transfer the browned butter to a bowl and let it cool slightly.
  4. Combine the sugar and brown sugar with the browned butter in a large mixing bowl until creamy.
  5. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Gradually mix in the flour, dried milk powder, sea salt, and baking soda until just combined.
  7. Fold in the M&Ms and white chocolate chips.
  8. Scoop out dough onto lined baking sheets, leaving space between each ball.
  9. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt flakes before baking.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden, and centers are slightly underdone.
  11. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week, or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat for best texture.
