- 3/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp dried milk powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups Cupid’s Blend M&Ms
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Sea salt flakes (for garnishing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter over medium heat while stirring constantly until it turns golden brown and emits a nutty aroma.
- Transfer the browned butter to a bowl and let it cool slightly.
- Combine the sugar and brown sugar with the browned butter in a large mixing bowl until creamy.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually mix in the flour, dried milk powder, sea salt, and baking soda until just combined.
- Fold in the M&Ms and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop out dough onto lined baking sheets, leaving space between each ball.
- Sprinkle lightly with sea salt flakes before baking.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden, and centers are slightly underdone.
- Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
