- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 lb green beans
- 2 ears of corn on the cob
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high temperature.
- Prepare the wings by tossing them in a mixing bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Grill the wings for 20-25 minutes, flipping occasionally until crispy.
- Bake the potatoes wrapped in foil in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 45-60 minutes.
- Load the baked potatoes with cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and chives, then drizzle with butter.
- Sauté the green beans with melted butter and minced garlic until tender.
- Grill the corn for 10-15 minutes until golden and charred.
- Serve the wings with loaded baked potatoes, sautéed green beans, and grilled corn.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate wings overnight. Use seasonal vegetables for grilling.
