Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb green beans
  • 2 ears of corn on the cob
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high temperature.
  2. Prepare the wings by tossing them in a mixing bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Grill the wings for 20-25 minutes, flipping occasionally until crispy.
  4. Bake the potatoes wrapped in foil in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 45-60 minutes.
  5. Load the baked potatoes with cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and chives, then drizzle with butter.
  6. Sauté the green beans with melted butter and minced garlic until tender.
  7. Grill the corn for 10-15 minutes until golden and charred.
  8. Serve the wings with loaded baked potatoes, sautéed green beans, and grilled corn.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate wings overnight. Use seasonal vegetables for grilling.
