Description

A culinary delight featuring glossy salmon fillets glazed with Sriracha and honey, paired with caramelized cauliflower and fluffy rice for a perfect balance of flavors.


Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 3 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 2 cups Rice (white or brown)
  • 1 head Cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs (e.g., cilantro or green onions), for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine Sriracha sauce and honey in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and brush with the glaze.
  4. Cut the cauliflower into florets, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until salmon flakes easily and cauliflower is caramelized.
  6. Prepare the rice according to package instructions, optionally using vegetable broth for flavor.
  7. Assemble your bowls with rice, roasted cauliflower, and glazed salmon.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs and sesame seeds.
