Instructions
- Prepare the marinade: In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, fresh citrus juice, honey, and spices until well combined.
- Marinate the steak: Place your skirt steak in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it covers all surfaces. Seal or cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes (or up to overnight for a more intense flavor).
