Description

Delightful dessert tacos filled with creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberries, all nestled in a crunchy graham cracker shell.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries, diced
  • Taco-shaped waffle cones or taco shells

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the graham crackers and mix with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into taco molds and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream until combined.
  6. Fill each taco shell with the cream cheese mixture and top with strawberries.
