Description

A refreshing no-bake dessert featuring a delightful mix of crushed pineapple, pistachio pudding, whipped topping, and marshmallows.


Ingredients

  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 3.4 ounces instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 10 ounces mini marshmallows
  • ¼ cup chopped pistachios

Instructions

  1. Combine the crushed pineapple (juice included) with the dry pistachio pudding mix in a large bowl. Stir gently until thoroughly combined.
  2. Fold in the thawed Cool Whip, mini marshmallows, and chopped pistachios with a folding motion.
  3. Chill the mixture by covering the bowl and refrigerating for at least an hour.
