- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 200 grams Feta Cheese
- 100 grams Greek Yogurt or Cream Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest (optional)
- 2 tablespoons Zaatar
- 100 grams Olives (mixed varieties)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the whipped feta by blending feta cheese, Greek yogurt, and garlic powder until smooth. Add lemon zest if desired.
- Warm the naan in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until softened.
- Drizzle each piece of naan with olive oil.
- Spread the whipped feta mixture evenly over the naan.
- Sprinkle zaatar and olives on top.
- Add chopped fresh herbs for garnish.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
