Description

Indulge in this delightful Zaatar Naan with creamy whipped feta and briny olives, a perfect appetizer or side dish for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Naan
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 200 grams Feta Cheese
  • 100 grams Greek Yogurt or Cream Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Zaatar
  • 100 grams Olives (mixed varieties)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the whipped feta by blending feta cheese, Greek yogurt, and garlic powder until smooth. Add lemon zest if desired.
  3. Warm the naan in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until softened.
  4. Drizzle each piece of naan with olive oil.
  5. Spread the whipped feta mixture evenly over the naan.
  6. Sprinkle zaatar and olives on top.
  7. Add chopped fresh herbs for garnish.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Make the whipped feta in advance for convenience. Warm the naan slightly for the best texture.
